In the event of patients wishing to lodge a complaint with the practice, our Operational Manager will be happy to discuss any concerns and can give you details of our in-house complaints procedure.

This will not affect your right to complain to the Health Board if your complaint is not dealt with to your satisfaction at Practice Level.
