Please be aware this will create an increased demand on your surgery upon re-opening on Tuesday 27^th September. We would kindly ask that you only contact the practice on the day of re-opening if your enquiry is essential.

Please ensure you have enough medication to cover this date as some pharmacies may also be closed on Monday 26^th September.
